About The Role As a Maintenance Officer at our Edithvale home you will be responsible for the delivery of a high standard of property services including repairs and maintenance. Working within the Bupa Promise framework of know me and my needs, help steer my decisions, be there when I need you; you be responsible for:

  • Providing repairs and maintenance support to the care home
  • Ensuring Property Services QA procedures and regularly compliance requirements are maintained and continuously reviewed
  • Assist in the sourcing of appropriate service providers and contractors, utilising relevant IT and Purchasing systems
  • Assists in management of property Services projects

In addition, you will have:
  • Previous experience gained in property maintenance and building works
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • OHS and relevant qualifications highly regarded
  • An understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes
