This role will develop and deliver a full suite of high-quality performance planning and reporting routines aligned to key On-the-Go strategic objectives. Further, this role will ensure the successful execution of strategic programs by assisting with all aspects of project delivery including building timelines, completing tasks, assessing risks and building budgets.

You will work across a broad range of initiatives and interact with stakeholders across the organisation. You will be key to the delivery of programs that underpin the success of our business unit by becoming a subject matter expert and key liaison with other functions, such as Distribution, Finance and IT.

To be successful in this role you will be happy to get into the detail, demonstrate excellent personal initiative, be resourceful and able to work with stakeholders at all levels. You will have excellent communication skills and be looking to develop your project management skills. A background in the FMCG industry would be advantageous.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Lead the delivery of high-quality project performance planning and reporting, key focus on commercial insights
  • Manage the Strategic Program team’s reporting pipeline, ensuring that quality reports are delivered in a timely and accurate manner
  • Build and maintain Business Partnering and Business Unit relationships by driving the change agenda through insights and analysis - aligned to strategic business initiatives
  • Collaborate with Business Partners and Business Units to identify project-specific risks and opportunities
  • Support the General Manager of Operations and Customer Growth to develop recommendations for CCEP Australia’s On-the-Go strategy
  • Tracking progress against OTG strategic initiatives, ensuring clear communication plans are in place to disseminate progress to executive and senior leadership teams
  • Develop business cases that support and fund strategic programs (Incl. sensitivity analysis)
  • Monitor Channel P&Ls to identify trends and emerging opportunities
  • Proactively seek to improve health, safety, and wellbeing within your remit

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate technical/ financial information to a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, understanding the objectives of all parties; identify and leverage strengths to drive mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Deep understanding of financial and commercial P&L drivers as well as understanding of CCEP Australia’s competitive environment
  • Robust problem-solving skills and an ability to use data and a common-sense approach to deliver strategic initiatives
  • Strong influencing capability, and ability to manage conflict and anticipate issues in advance
  • A proven record of supporting change and continuous improvement through effective communication, skills development and knowledge sharing
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize and work effectively in a deadline-driven environment
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline will be highly regarded
